Elementary Lesson Week is a special occasion where our 1st through 6th-grade students have the opportunity to showcase what they have been learning in their Montessori environment. During this week, students prepare to share a lesson or activity they’ve mastered with their parents in the comfort of their own classroom.

This event allows students to take the lead in their learning, fostering a sense of responsibility and pride in their accomplishments. It’s a time for them to confidently demonstrate their knowledge and skills, as they teach and explain concepts to their parents just as they would in the classroom. Parents, in turn, have the chance to witness their child’s progress, growth, and understanding, which strengthens the bond between home and school.

The joy, enthusiasm, and pride of both the students and parents are evident throughout the week, making it a memorable and enriching experience for everyone involved. It’s an opportunity to celebrate the hard work, dedication, and independence that are central to the Montessori philosophy.
